Our Dojo is located one block from Interstate 55 on University Avenue (Wardline Road) in Hammond, Louisiana. 
We offer the Okinawan Martial Art of  Isshinryu Karate.

Our Black Belt Martial Arts school is dedicated to helping you develope confidence through self-defense skills.

 What We Teach!

 Teaching the Arts Of Isshinryu Karate, traditional weapons and ju-jitsu. Sensei DiBenedetto was one of the first instructors in the area to teach grappling starting in 1995.

 

 The Philipino Art of Escrima.

Weapons used are the single stick, double stick, sword & dagger.

Sensei Frank is the only Escrima Black Belt in the area Certified by Master Advincula!! 

Little Dragons-Children ages 3-5 y/o.

Karate Tigers-Kids ages 6-8 y/o.

Youth-Ages 9 and up.

Adult Karate-Traditional Karate ages 17 & up.

Weapons, Chanbara Sword, Bo, Sai, Kama, Nunchukas, Tunfa, Escrima and Knife. 

Grappling, Ground Fighting Using Joint Locks & Submissions.

Ladies Kickboxing, Hard Training Like A Real Fighter Without The Contact.
