Little Dragons

(Ages 3-5)

Little Dragons learn to expand their attention and focus on skills which increase balance and coordination. Stranger Danger and Safety Skills are included in all classes in a fun and safe environment.


 Tigers / Youth

(Ages 6 - 11)

Our kids classes include high energy drills that are designed to build strength, coordination, and self defense skills. Students develope self-discipline and control as well as communication skills, goal setting, focus, and confidence in a fun, positive environment. One of the most important things your child will learn is respect for themselves and others and good manners.


 Teen / Adult

At DKJ, our workout will challenge your body while teaching you self-defense skills that can be used to protect you and your loved ones. Our strength, cardiovascular, and mental conditioning will help you release stress and improve health and physical fitness.
